A6x Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the a6x platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the a6x platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and a6x as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest conditions.
The a6x platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the a6x platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number, and any other details requested. a6x reserves the right to request identity verification documents for compliance and security purposes at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. a6x will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users of the a6x platform agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising activities. This includes, but is not limited to, system manipulation, use of unauthorised third-party software, creation of fake accounts, or any form of data espionage.
The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Accessing another user's account without their explicit consent
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems
- Transmitting inflammatory, obscene, or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform
- Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal activities
- Any form of collusion or unauthorised coordination between users to influence game outcomes
Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure and the freezing of any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the a6x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported local payment methods, including FPX, bank transfers via Malaysian financial institutions, and approved e-wallets.
A6x does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited into your account must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be withheld and returned without notice.
For withdrawals, a6x will process requests within the timeframe stated at the time of application, subject to successful identity verification. a6x reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal. Transactions suspected of being suspicious will be frozen while an investigation is carried out in accordance with applicable legal compliance requirements.
Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of technical errors, or breaches of these terms will not be paid out, and the associated balance will be reduced or withdrawn in full.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
A6x is not liable for any financial losses, indirect losses, or consequential damages incurred by users arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, unavoidable technical errors, or changes to legitimate betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that betting carries inherent financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a6x platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of a6x or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any platform content without explicit written authorisation from a6x.
Third-Party Links and Services
The a6x platform may contain references to third-party payment providers or technology services. a6x is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content provided by such third-party entities. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
A6x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including violation of these terms, suspicious activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or at our sole discretion without the need to provide a reason. In cases of account closure initiated for legitimate reasons by the user, any eligible account balance will be returned once all reviews are complete.
Changes to These Terms
A6x reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should cease using the platform and close their account.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
