A6x Privacy Policy — Our Commitment to Your Data
A6x takes the protection of every user's personal data in Malaysia seriously. This document clearly explains what information we collect, how it is used and your rights as a user of our platform.
Last Updated: 2026
1. Information Collected by a6x
When you register for or use the a6x platform, we collect several categories of information to ensure our services function properly and securely. Information is only collected when necessary and never beyond what is required for the stated purpose.
Account Information: Full name, phone number, email address and password created at registration. This information is required to verify your identity and grant access to your account.
Device & Browser Information: When you access our platform, we automatically collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and other technical data. This information is used to detect suspicious activity and improve platform compatibility across devices used by Malaysian players.
Payment Information: For financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), we retain records of deposits, withdrawals and payment methods used, such as FPX or e-wallets. Full bank account numbers are not stored directly — only the information needed to process transactions and meet financial compliance requirements.
Cookies & Usage Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to record pages visited, session duration, language preferences and in-platform browsing behaviour. This data helps us personalise the user experience and identify technical issues more quickly.
2. How We Use Your Information
All information collected by a6x is used for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not process user data beyond the scope outlined in this policy.
- Account Management: Verifying user identity, enabling secure login and processing account-related requests such as password resets.
- Transaction Processing: Processing MYR deposits and withdrawals, verifying the source of funds and ensuring payments reach the correct destination.
- Platform Security: Detecting fraud attempts, unauthorised access, and activity that violates our terms of use.
- Service Improvements: Analysing usage patterns in aggregate (without identifying individuals) to improve platform performance and the mobile experience.
- Important Communications: Sending account-related notifications, policy updates and important security alerts via email or in-platform messages.
A6x does not use user data for third-party advertising purposes or sell user profiles to any external entity.
3. Cookies, Tracking & Data Storage
Cookie Usage
The a6x platform uses cookies to store session information, user preferences and authentication tokens. Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser, while persistent cookies retain certain preferences such as interface language for a longer period.
You can manage your cookie settings through your browser. However, disabling certain cookies may affect some platform features, including the ability to stay logged in across sessions.
Data Retention Period
Active account information is retained for as long as the account remains active. Following account closure, certain information may be kept for up to seven years in line with Malaysia's financial and compliance legal requirements. Technical data such as access logs is retained for a shorter period and deleted on a rolling basis.
Data Security
A6x uses SSL encryption on all connections between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored in an irreversible hashed format, and additional sensitive data is protected with further encryption layers. Internal access to user data is restricted to staff with a legitimate operational need only.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
A6x does not sell, rent or share users' personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Data sharing occurs only in the following limited and legitimate circumstances:
- Payment Providers: Information required to process financial transactions is shared with approved payment service providers, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: Where required by court order, law enforcement agency investigation or regulatory compliance obligations, a6x will disclose the necessary information within the limits permitted by law.
- Platform Protection: In cases of fraud or serious security threats, certain information may be shared with the relevant authorities for investigation purposes.
In all of the above situations, a6x shares only the minimum information necessary and never beyond what the purpose of sharing requires.
5. User Rights & How to Contact Us
Right to Access & Correction
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account. If any information is inaccurate or outdated, you may submit a correction request through our support channels. All requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Right to Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data by closing your account and contacting the a6x support team. However, certain data may be retained for periods required by law even after a deletion request, particularly data related to financial transactions that are subject to mandatory record-keeping requirements.

A6x reserves the right to update this privacy policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email before the changes take effect.
